1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jili38, an online gaming platform operating under the domain jili38.cam ("jili38," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). • Geographic Restriction: You must be physically located within the territorial boundaries of the Republic of the Philippines when accessing jili38 services. The use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other geolocation-masking technologies to circumvent this requirement is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jili38 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, device, or IP address are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion program, either through jili38 or any third-party responsible gaming service. If you have previously self-excluded from jili38, you are prohibited from registering a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired.
• No Restrictions: You must not be subject to any legal, regulatory, or contractual restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised, accessed without authorization, or that your credentials have been stolen, you must immediately notify jili38 customer support and change your password. jili38 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

jili38 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, location, and payment method at any time. Such documentation may include, but is not limited to, government-issued photo identification, utility bills, bank statements, or credit card verification. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until verification is satisfactorily completed. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may be suspended or closed.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jili38 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, and major Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Unionbank. All deposit transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jili38 reserves the right to add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method. Standard minimum deposits are ₱100, and maximum single-transaction deposits are ₱50,000. Higher deposit limits may be available to verified accounts or VIP members. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits do not exceed your personal financial means. jili38 encourages responsible gaming and offers deposit limit tools to help you manage your spending.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash, Maya, or other e-wallet services typically clear within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Deposits are credited to your jili38 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. jili38 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Failed or Declined Deposits

If a deposit transaction fails or is declined by your payment provider, funds will not be credited to your jili38 account. You are responsible for contacting your payment provider to resolve the issue. jili38 does not charge fees for failed or declined deposits, but your payment provider may impose fees. Do not retry failed deposits without first resolving the underlying issue with your payment provider.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits unless an alternative method is approved by jili38. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your legal name.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts are ₱200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are ₱100,000 for standard accounts and ₱500,000 for VIP accounts. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. jili38 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to 72 hours to conduct additional security checks or verification procedures.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

jili38 does not charge fees for withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may impose fees for receiving funds. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jili38 is required by law to implement anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. Withdrawals may be declined if AML compliance checks reveal suspicious activity. jili38 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and PAGCOR.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jili38 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Only eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements, and contribution percentages vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute 10% to 20%. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

7. User Conduct

You agree to use jili38 services in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner. You shall not engage in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You shall not use jili38 services for any purpose other than personal entertainment. Commercial use, professional gambling, arbitrage betting, and systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotional offers are strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with jili38 services.
• Manipulating, exploiting, or attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in games or platform functionality.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping, ghosting, or soft play in multiplayer games.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other betting strategy designed to guarantee profit without risk.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods, including but not limited to stolen credit cards, unauthorized bank accounts, or third-party payment accounts.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through jili38 services.
• Harassing, threatening, defaming, or abusing jili38 staff, customer support representatives, or other players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from jili38 software or games.
• Accessing jili38 services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action. jili38 reserves the right to report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may request closure of your jili38 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Termination by jili38

jili38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, or if your account is deemed a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a material breach of these Terms.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of ₱500 or 10% of the account balance, whichever is lower. jili38 will notify you via email before imposing dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and place a deposit or bet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jili38, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of jili38 services, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other pecuniary loss, even if jili38 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jili38 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Technical issues, server downtime, maintenance periods, or third-party service disruptions may occur. jili38 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, game malfunctions, or incorrect game results caused by technical errors.

In the event of a software malfunction, error, or dispute regarding game results, jili38's decision is final and binding. jili38 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, or cancel game results if an error is detected. Your sole remedy in such cases is a refund of the affected bet amount.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Support

11.2 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. Arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with jili38 on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings of any kind against jili38.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jili38 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the jili38 website. Continued use of jili38 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of updates. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using jili38 services and close your account.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of jili38 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, except where arbitration is required under Section 11.2.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jili38 regarding your use of jili38 services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, or communications, whether written or oral.
